Standing out with comprehensive leave policies for parent employees, the Flexible Summer scheme offering two months of remote work, and family development training programs, the company facilitates women employees' working lives through lactation rooms and psychological support, thereby contributing to employment.

Under the motto "This is Allianz, Life is Different Here," Allianz Türkiye implements a working model designed for different personas with consideration for employee needs, leading the sector with practices that enhance employee welfare. The company, which implements value-creating practices for its employees drawing on over 100 years of experience in the insurance sector, prioritizes employee welfare, protects their physical and mental health, supports work-life balance, and strengthens their engagement.

Special support for parents through flexible leave arrangements
Allianz Türkiye, which attaches importance to employee health and future security, offers core benefits such as Group Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Group Pension Plan and Long-Term Stock Investment Option. Parent employees are given the opportunity to take half-day administrative leave on the first day of the school year and on report card day to be with their children.

Fathers receive leave beyond statutory period
Under its paternity leave scheme, the company grants male employees paternity leave beyond the five days specified in law, implementing a total of 30 calendar days of leave. With its hybrid working model offering employees flexible options such as remote work and two or four days per week in the office, Allianz Türkiye also provides the "Flexible Summer" scheme allowing employees in July and August to work entirely remotely, enabling them to spend more time with their families and children. In addition, as part of the hybrid working model, it provides ergonomic equipment support to meet the ergonomic needs of employees working in home environments. The FamiLearn family development program, developed by Allianz Türkiye Academy (ATA), the insurance sector's first corporate university operating within Allianz Türkiye, aims to help parent employees establish balance between their work and family lives through the training and events it designs.

Support for women returning to careers
