Bronze Medal for National Archers Mete Gazoz and Yasemin Ecem Anagöz
Mete Gazoz and Yasemin Ecem Anagöz, representing Turkey at the Archery World Cup with 364 athletes from 50 countries, won the bronze medal.
Mete Gazoz, whose health sponsor is Okan University Hospital, added another achievement to his record alongside Yasemin Ecem Anagöz. In the second leg of the Archery World Cup competitions, the Gazoz and Anagöz pair won the bronze medal in the recurve mixed team event.
On the fourth day of the organization held in Antalya and attended by 364 athletes from 50 countries, the finals took place in an area set up along Konyaaltı Beach.
In the bronze medal match of the recurve mixed team event, the pair faced Taiwanese opponents Lei Chien-Ying and Jao Ting-Yu. The pair won 6-2 against their opponents and secured the bronze medal.
In the recurve mixed team event, Japan won the gold medal by defeating South Korea in the final. As Okan University Hospital, we congratulate our sponsored athlete Mete Gazoz and our accomplished archer Yasemin Ecem Anagöz.
