In 2020, a Brand-New San Deco

At the end of each year, we form new hopes and plans for the coming year. Alongside personal goals like exercising more and reading more books, companies sometimes also set targets for themselves.

2020 was such a year for San Deco. With a 55-year history, planned steps, and experience exporting to over 40 countries across 4 continents, we set ourselves the goal of restructuring our company and brand domestically in 2020. In making this decision, our employees in all units of our brand and company supported us in every way. Through serious planning and preparation, we took step-by-step measures to prepare ourselves for 2020. We put everything on the table, from dealer structuring to product range, from marketing activities to our sales unit organization, and began work by setting our 2020-2025 targets. While the paints and decoration sector is undergoing rapid transformation with changing consumer approaches, we left no factors out of our plan. Although 2020 felt like it would be a difficult year from the start, as we moved forward with solid steps, we see ourselves approaching our targets with each passing day.

What Awaits Us in 2020?

Custom Designs It has emerged that personalization needs come right after mankind's basic needs of food and shelter. From marks left on cave walls to the personalization of technological devices we use today, personal demands will take priority in every area. Beyond the applications known for effect paints, custom-designed patterns will be observed both in projects meant to stand out and in personal spaces. This sometimes appears as concrete texture on a wall, or a tree bark pattern, and sometimes as wind reflected on a wall. San Deco effect paints and coatings are a product line that should always be at hand and in sight in this field. Among our new products, San Deco Marmorosso is a mineral-based plaster-consistency product that creates a natural stone effect. With different packaging sizes and various color options, it is a product that those who want to combine modern and classical styles in decoration, and those who refuse to compromise on either style, will enjoy using. San Deco Mirzasto, on the other hand, is another product in this field that we have developed through innovative and serious R&D work. With its metallic and pearlescent effects and dense consistency, you can create timeless designs on your walls.

Functional Paints

While paint in the previous generation was primarily for cleaning, today we face a generation that sees paint as functional and responsive to specific needs. Blackboard and magnetic paints for homes and offices, products like San Deco Projector that can reflect your presentations and be used as a home theater screen, will make paint increasingly functional in every way. Alongside our white-colored whiteboard paint San Deco Writewall, our newly developed San Deco Magicus product is transparent and transforms surfaces into whiteboards without changing the underlying color. You can safely use it in offices, in your kitchen for taking notes, or in children's rooms to give your children complete freedom. Our San Deco Chalkboard product comes in green, pink, blue and yellow tones in addition to black, and when applied to any surface, you can write and erase with chalk. The spaces where you use the product with high erasure resistance gain both a functional and decorative appearance.

Healthy Products

In today's world where longevity is being discovered in new ways every day, human health will become a major concern for paints as well. VOC (volatile organic compound) free, A+ certified interior paints will stand out not only for having no adverse effects on interior air quality, but also for their non-emission properties. For interior surfaces, our Decosatin product with its semi-matte texture and silicone composition, and our Decoplas product with its matte texture and silicone composition, are A+ certified and internationally certified in terms of low VOC content. Our products are in the best class for a paint group in terms of impact on interior air quality. With the A+ label, you can safely use our products in your home, workplace, hospitals, schools and similar indoor spaces.
