Veho announced that Jean-André Rougeot, former President and CEO of Sephora Americas, has been appointed to its board of directors. Rougeot joins the board at a time when Veho is reshaping how brands deliver their products and personalize customer experiences.
Rougeot brings four decades of experience building customer-focused brands at scale. Previously overseeing Sephora's business and operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America, he doubled Sephora's revenue to USD 10 billion. Before Sephora, he served as CEO of Benefit Cosmetics, increasing revenue from USD 150 million to USD 1.5 billion.
Itamar Zur, founder and CEO of Veho, said: "Jean-André spent 40 years building iconic, customer-focused brands and witnessed how the rise of e-commerce transformed customer expectations. In an era where consumers have more choices than ever, he intuitively understands that delivery is a brand differentiator."
Rougeot stated, "I spent my career obsessed with brand experience; but delivery, one of the most critical moments, was always a variable I couldn't fully control. Veho is solving a problem that most brand leaders can't even articulate."
Veho serves brands including Macy's, Sephora, Lululemon, Stitch Fix and Hello Fresh with a 99% on-time delivery rate and 4.9/5 customer satisfaction score.
