Gülden Güral elected Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kütahya Seramik OSB
The 1st Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Kütahya Seramik Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) was held. As a result of the elections held at the meeting, Gülden Güral was elected Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Kütahya Seramik OIZ.
The first ordinary general assembly meeting of Kütahya Ceramic Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) was held. As a result of the elections conducted at the meeting, Gülden Güral was elected as Chairman of the Kütahya Ceramic OIZ Board of Directors.
At the inaugural general assembly of Kütahya Ceramic OIZ, which operates to increase ceramic and porcelain production, strengthen export capacity and ensure more planned development in the sector, new management and supervisory boards were determined. Sector representatives showed keen interest in the meeting.
The general assembly was conducted under the chairmanship of Salih Çetiner, Member of the Board of Directors of NG Kütahya Ceramic, while OIZ Manager Erdal Özçelik provided participants with information about the work carried out to date.
As a result of the elections, Gülden Güral was appointed as Board of Directors Chairman, while Yüksel Kaya was elected as Vice Chairman. Elvan Baltacı, Andaç Maviler and Ali Artun were appointed as Board of Directors members.
Dr. Tanzer Polat Yılmaz and Şule Özbek İri were elected as full members of the Supervisory Board, while Yüksel Kaya was appointed as full member of OSBÜK. All 19 agenda items discussed at the meeting were unanimously approved.
With the new management, Kütahya Ceramic OIZ is aimed at strengthening industrial infrastructure in the zone, increasing production capacity and contributing to export-oriented sustainable growth. The newly established management structure is expected to prioritize investments that will increase the sector's competitiveness.
