RUSAL, one of the world's leading aluminium producers, has made an important appointment to strengthen its Turkey management team. Yiğit Kasapoğlu, an experienced figure in the aluminium sector, has been appointed as RUSAL Turkey Representative Director.
With over 10 years of experience in the aluminium sector and having held important roles such as Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Manager throughout his career, successfully managing a large portfolio consisting of various metals, particularly aluminium, Yiğit Kasapoğlu will lead RUSAL's operations in Turkey as Turkey Representative Director.
About Yiğit Kasapoğlu
Yiğit Kasapoğlu, a graduate of the Metallurgy and Materials Engineering department at Yıldız Technical University, began his career as a Procurement Specialist at Assan Aluminium. With the experience he gained in the aluminium sector, Kasapoğlu served in various procurement positions at Kibar Holding for 8 years, specializing in strategic procurement, risk management and supplier development, and was appointed to the position of RUSAL Turkey Representative Director.
