Dr. Selçuk Denizhan, who has held various positions within the company for more than 25 years and most recently served as General Manager of its subsidiary Poliport Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş., has been appointed as the new CEO (General Manager) of Polisan Holding. The appointment decision was taken at the company's Board of Directors meeting on 8 July 2026.

Career Spanning Over 25 Years at Polisan
Dr. Selçuk Denizhan joined Polisan Holding in 2000 and has held numerous positions ranging from engineering and project management to operations and senior management. Appointed to the role of General Manager of Poliport in 2023, Denizhan has led growth and digital transformation initiatives in port operations, chemicals and logistics.
Strong Academic and International Background
Dr. Selçuk Denizhan graduated from Erciyes University's Department of Mechanical Engineering and completed an MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University. He subsequently studied international relations and finance at University of California, Berkeley. He also completed doctoral research in production management and marketing at Sakarya University.
Starting at a Strategic Juncture
Dr. Selçuk Denizhan's assumption of the CEO role coincides with a period in which Polisan Holding is pursuing growth targets in chemicals, paints, port operations and construction chemicals. During the company's new management phase, operational efficiency, sustainable growth, digitalization and high-value-added investments are expected to rank among priority agenda items.
In his new role, Dr. Selçuk Denizhan will be responsible for the strategic management of all of Polisan Holding's operations and will lead the group's long-term growth vision.
