PPG Unveils PPG MAGICMIX Software
PPG announced the launch of PPG MAGICMIX™ software, a new feature of the PPG LINQ™ digital ecosystem for auto refinish shops. PPG MagicMix software provides additional benefits to auto refinish shops and repair centers by displaying the most suitable hardener and thinner/reducer products and combinations based on current environmental conditions and repair type.

PPG MagicMix software provides additional benefits to automotive paint shops and repair centers by displaying the most suitable hardeners and thinners/solvents products and combinations based on current environmental conditions and repair type.
Working in conjunction with the PPG MAGICBOX™ mixing room solution and PPG MagicSensor device, PPG MagicMix software receives temperature and humidity data in real time from the paint booth or designated application area. This enables painters and technicians to confidently make product selections regardless of weather conditions. The use of products suited to environmental conditions helps reduce the risk of short and long-term paint defects while providing a durable and high-quality coating.
