Novartis, recognized for innovative human resources projects, is launching a "Supporting Tomorrow's Business Women" training program in collaboration with Bahçeşehir University Continuing Education Center (BAUSEM), aiming to mentor female students. Within the scope of the program, students who meet certain conditions will be offered internship opportunities at Novartis Pharma, mentoring opportunities from Novartis Pharma managers, and training scholarships at BAUSEM. The "Supporting Tomorrow's Business Women" training program has been launched through cooperation between Novartis Pharma and Bahçeşehir University Continuing Education Center (BAUSEM). The training program, consisting of a series of seminars, will continue through the end of May. Through these seminars featuring inspiring speeches from expert speakers, women entrepreneurs, and sector professionals, the aim is to mentor female students who will become tomorrow's women leaders. The training program is open to all students from every university, and all students meeting the application conditions can participate. The first seminar of the training program, which attracted approximately 300 students, featured Dr. Senay Kızılkaya, Group Human Resources Director of Novartis Turkey, Prof. Dr. Şirin Karadeniz, Rector of Bahçeşehir University, and educator, TV presenter and author Polat Doğru as speakers. Speaking at the session titled "Being a Woman in Business," Dr. Senay Kızılkaya said, "As Novartis, we establish new partnerships in the human resources field every year. We are very excited about this project we have realized with BAUSEM. Our support for women will continue in every area." Prof. Dr. Şirin Karadeniz, speaker at the session titled "Your Career Journey," said: "As a woman scientist and academic manager, I believe our women need role models in their career journeys. Our young people should make lifelong investments in themselves on topics such as time management, goal setting, being aware of what they want, and achieving their goals. In this context, I believe this training program realized through the cooperation of Novartis and BAUSEM is very important in terms of mentoring our young people. It is gratifying to be part of this program," she said.   Source
