The XLB Series PTFE-Coated Ball Valves, produced in standard DN15 to DN150 diameter range, can operate in a wide temperature range of -10°C to +204°C and PN16 pressure class. With low torque values enabling operation with smaller actuators, all internal surfaces of the XLB Series PTFE-Coated Ball Valves in contact with the fluid are completely coated with PFA PTFE for corrosion protection. The patented new design integrated shock absorber single-piece 2nd upper sphere and stem creates a smooth movement environment, eliminating sphere and stem issues resulting from deformations in the coating. In Xomox XLB Series PTFE-Coated Ball Valves, lateral deflection is lower, and the "Pressure-Assisted SX Sealing Gasket" acts as a spherical gasket on the stem under these lateral loads, maintaining consistent contact at every point and guaranteeing complete fluid tightness against the atmosphere. The gasketless two-piece body design of Xomox XLB Series PTFE-Coated Ball Valves with metal-to-metal contact surfaces enables the valve to resist forces coming from the pipeline. This feature ensures protection of the PTFE coating inside the valve even under stress. The section containing coatings aligned between body connections is designed to overlap from bottom and top, allowing controlled expansion of the body contact surface at high internal pressure and temperature changes, preserving valve durability and integrity and reinforcing complete tightness. In spaces with space constraints containing parallel pipelines, it provides easy installation with its two-piece compact design. Manual operation of XOMOX XLB Series PTFE-Coated Ball Valves can be achieved with lever hand control or geared hand control. Automatic operation options vary depending on the characteristics of the automation system, operating conditions, and user requirements.

XOMOX XLB Series PTFE-Coated Ball Valves for on/off applications can be integrated with XRP Single or Double-Acting Pneumatic Actuators or Electric Actuators equipped with Mechanical or Proximity Limit Switch Boxes and Solenoid Direction Valves in voltage and protection class suitable for user requirements, and supplied ready for use with all operational tests completed. XOMOX XLB Series PTFE-Coated Ball Valves are also used as Proportional Control Valves in fluids with high chemical effect and corrosive operating conditions.
