Anatolia's Best Employers™ 2025 List Announced

Great Place To Work® Turkey has announced organizations that elevate employee experience to the highest level in the Anatolia Region. Eleven organizations that stood out from 30 companies this year and made it onto the list serve as examples of trust, belonging, and positive workplace culture.

The list, which includes companies from various sectors such as education, technology, transportation, manufacturing, engineering, and professional services, was created by measuring companies' Trust Index® survey results and Culture Brief® results from employees based on Great Place To Work® For All™ methodology.

Anatolia, as it has throughout history, continues to be the heart of Turkey's production and service capacity today. The region's distinctiveness comes not only from its economic contribution, but also from its investments in workplace culture. The Best Workplaces in Anatolia™ 2025 list inspires the business world by making visible companies that create positive experiences by offering trust and appreciation to their employees.

Culture of Trust Strengthens Employee Experience
Companies on the Best Workplaces in Anatolia™ 2025 list stand out with the culture of trust and commitment they offer their employees. While 88% of employees at list companies report having a positive experience at work, this rate is only 56% at standard companies. Similarly, 88% of employees describe their workplace as "a great place to work"; at standard companies, this rate stands at 49%.

These findings demonstrate that list companies in Anatolia not only contribute economically, but also build a culture where employees feel valued, appreciated, and work in an environment of trust.

Culture of Appreciation and Merit Takes Center Stage
At companies on the list, 80% of employees agree with the statement "Here everyone has the opportunity to be noticed and appreciated." This rate is only 35% at standard companies. When employees feel their efforts are valued, it not only increases individual motivation; it also strengthens trust between teams, enhances collaboration, and deepens the sense of belonging. Appreciated employees become willing to take on more responsibility and produce creative solutions. This creates a positive atmosphere at work while ensuring the continuity of workplace culture and the sustainability of high performance.

Data shows that 83% of employees at list companies state that managers appreciate good work and special effort. This rate stands at only 44% at standard companies. When employees' extra effort is noticed and rewarded by leaders, it increases motivation while strengthening commitment and creating positive synergy within teams.

Genuine appreciation from management reinforces the culture of trust while encouraging employees to demonstrate their potential; this increases organizational productivity and contributes to sustainable success.

Healthy Work Environment Supports Employee Wellbeing
At companies on the Best Workplaces in Anatolia™ 2025 list, 87% of employees state that they come to work willingly. This finding shows that beyond the positive experience employees derive from their work, they find their work meaningful and work in an environment where they feel good. Work performed with care and belonging increases individual performance while enhancing team synergy and contributing to the organization's overall success.

While 84% of employees report having an emotionally and psychologically healthy work environment, this rate stands at 43% at standard companies. This difference reveals that at list companies, emotional and psychological needs are also considered; a safe work environment strengthens individual wellbeing while supporting teams' productive collaboration. Thus, a sustainable motivation foundation is created for long-term success.

On the other hand, 76% of employees share the view that "the most deserving employees advance." At standard companies, this rate is only 33%. This demonstrates that list companies in Anatolia offer a fair and merit-based career advancement system. This structure, supported by equal opportunity, increases employees' desire to invest in their own development while providing companies with a trust environment that nurtures sustainable high performance.
