The incident occurred on 29 January 2026 at approximately 21:30 in the refinery's tank area. Upon detection of the flames, firefighting and emergency response teams were dispatched to the location, safety protocols were activated throughout the refinery, sirens were sounded, and personnel were evacuated in an orderly manner. Security forces implemented safety measures in the surrounding area.
According to information from authorities, there were no fatalities or injuries in the incident.
