PepsiCo Turkey announced that Burcu Kandemir Şen, an experienced financial leader, has assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Kandemir Şen, who has successfully held critical financial leadership roles within PepsiCo for many years, was appointed as PepsiCo Turkey CFO effective 1 September 2025.
Extensive International Experience
Burcu Kandemir Şen began her career in 2005 as Financial Planning Specialist at Pepsi Bottling Group. From 2011 onwards, she held various senior-level finance positions under the PepsiCo umbrella and achieved significant accomplishments.
- 2013–2015: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Eastern Europe
- 2015–2018: Supply Chain Finance Business Partner, Eastern Europe Beverage Category
- 2018: Chief Financial Officer, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa Region IT
- 2019–2022: Chief Financial Officer, Pepsi Lipton Europe
- Most recently: Chief Financial Officer, Belarus, Caucasus and Central Asia (BCCA) Region
Leadership and Strategic Contribution
A graduate of the English Business Administration program at Marmara University, Kandemir Şen will continue to direct PepsiCo Turkey's financial strategies through her international experience and strong leadership vision.
