BYCHEM Unveils Next-Generation TPU Solutions at Plastpol 2026
BAYEGAN's production subsidiary BYCHEM took part for the first time in the Plastpol 2026 Fair, one of the major gatherings of the European plastics industry, extending its international growth strategy to Central and Eastern European markets. At the fair, the company presented its sustainable production approach and R&D-driven thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) solutions to industry professionals.
BAYEGAN's production subsidiary BYCHEM made its first appearance at Plastpol 2026, one of Europe's major plastics industry gatherings, expanding its international growth strategy into Central and Eastern European markets. The company presented thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) solutions developed with a focus on sustainable manufacturing and research and development to industry professionals at the fair.
Participating in Plastpol 2026, held in Poland from 19 to 22 May 2026, BYCHEM drew attention with TPU products developed for automotive, cable and various industrial applications. Solutions combining high performance, sustainability and manufacturing efficiency garnered interest from international visitors.
CONTRIBUTING TO EUROPEAN MARKET GROWTH TARGETS
The Plastpol Fair, which hosted 600 companies from approximately 30 countries and thousands of visitors, served as an important platform for BYCHEM in line with its European market growth objectives. During the fair, the company met with customers, business partners and industry representatives to assess new collaboration opportunities.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT-FOCUSED TPU PRODUCTS HIGHLIGHTED
The TPU products introduced by BYCHEM at the fair stood out for their high mechanical strength, flexibility, wear resistance and chemical resistance properties. Solutions compatible with different manufacturing technologies such as injection, extrusion, lamination and 3D printing can be customized to meet the needs of different sectors.
Products developed at the company's 3,300 square-metre Research and Development Centre contribute to sustainability targets through their recyclable structures, performance across wide temperature ranges and use of biobased content of up to 75 per cent.
FOCUSED ON FUTURE MATERIAL TECHNOLOGIES
BYCHEM continues its investments in future material technologies through work on increasing biobased content ratios, advanced UV stabilization technologies, high-strength specialized TPU systems and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes.
The contacts and presentations conducted at Plastpol 2026 are considered an important step in the company's international market growth objectives.
