These products are the Cubis ® model balance, the first laboratory scale with a completely modular design. Since our launch in 2009, our Cubis® Premium Laboratory Scales have been the reference point for use in the areas with the highest requirements, as well as in pharmaceutical laboratories.
Our Cubis ® model scales provide the option to make a specific selection from the display and control unit, weighing module, data interconnection and more. In this way, the scale allows you to choose from the widest option available to configure as desired.
It offers users the ability to download the desired application to the scale from the pre-installed applications (Q-Apps). After the application is loaded on the balance, the scale guides the user through the selected weighing process step by step.
Thus, users can easily follow and control the whole application via scales with various applications such as formulation, pollution (particle) analysis, dosing, pipette calibration, barcode reading application, and so on.
Moreover, Sartorius allows users to create a step-by-step weighing process for the production or use of laboratory-specific weighing processes and transfer weighing data to a remote computer.
Cubis® is the first laboratory balance to automatically check if the balance is stable. It is also the first laboratory scale to implement and document its own procedure. All you have to do is just press a key or automatically activate the isoCAL function. Thus, the Cubis ® scale will automatically level.
The Task and User Management Function allows you to assign tasks and user rights. As a result, this prevents accidental changes to the balance settings for traceability. The Audit Trail function records important changes to the balance. In this way, any errors or other inappropriate values can be traced quickly to the source.
Alibi Memory (Alibi Memory)
A built-in Alibi memory allows commercially legal data to be transferred to your PC in a traceable manner.
Sqmin (Minumim Sample Quantity)
During a weighing process, Cubis® monitors the compliance of the weighing starting point to USP requirements.
When Cubis® determines the starting point of a run interval, it warns you when a value falls below this lowest point and checks whether the recorded or transferred value is accepted according to the SQmin value.
Repeatability: Reprotest (User Repeatability Test)
Cubis® allows you to accurately determine the standard deviation in the environment where your balance is installed, so you can check the repeatability of your weighing results; just touch a button.
This handy repro- TEST feature allows you to quickly determine whether the scale environment is appropriate, allowing you to take safe and optimal measurements.
Cubis ® scales as an option have a Web service communication platform. With this standard communication technology, LIMS, ELN Etc. This allows external software systems, information, input fields, menus or complex operations to be displayed and used on the touch screen.
Bidirectional data transfer can be created without the need for installation. This feature eliminates the need to keep computers or terminals near the balance.
