Kordsa is Reinforcing İzmir’s Longest Tunnel

The construction of the Buca-Bornava tunnel, the longest highway tunnel of İzmir with a total tunnel length of 7 km, shall use KraTos synthetic fiber accessories manufactured by Kordsa, which touches every aspect of life with its mission to reinforce life.

The synthetic fiber accessory KraTos manufactured by Kordsa was preferred for the new stage of the 183-million TRY express highway project to connect the Homeros Avenue in Buca to the Bus Terminal in Bornova, whose works was initiated by the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality in March.

KraTos shall be used in the tunnel section of the new 7-kilometer route ranging from Buca to Bornova.
