PLIXXENT, a company specializing in the development, production and processing of polyurethanes, has acquired Isotrie, a prominent player in the spray foam industry.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for PLIXXENT as it aims to strengthen its European-wide footprint, particularly in Belgium, Luxemburg and France, while leveraging Isotrie’s expertise in the spray foam market.
