Bakelite Synthetics announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LRBG Chemicals, Inc., a Canadian resin manufacturer and developer, with facilities in Longueuil (Montreal) Quebec.
This acquisition is a significant step for Bakelite Synthetics, as it adds valuable products and customer relationships to its portfolio, aligning with its growth strategy of delivering innovative solutions sustainably.
LRBG Chemicals manufactures high-quality resins and derivative products with a broad range of uses, catering to global markets such as building and construction, transportation, industrial sectors, and chemical intermediates.
Its plants, knowledge and experience have been developed over the last 80 years and it has a customer-driven research and development focus with strong technical knowledge and support, closely aligned to Bakelite Synthetics business model.
