BEAUTY IN NATURE

JASMINE

Our gardens and homes are not the only places beautified further by the pleasant aroma and graceful posture of jasmine. Let us have a closer look at jasmine, a flower with an area of impact covering a wide range from perfumes to skincare and cosmetics…

Growing in almost all areas of the world except for North America, jasmine is known for its white and yellow and seldomly pink colour. Its intensively moisturizing feature adds smoothness and flexibility to the skin. The regular use of products containing jasmine is known to reduce wrinkles and bring a glow to the skin. As your perfect ally in anti-stress, jasmine allows you to relieve yourself of stress while rejuvenating your body.

In addition to the aforementioned, jasmine oil offers you the possibility of applying it directly to your skin. Available at any herbalist or pharmacy, jasmine oil can soothe your body after shower. Specifically, massaging any area suffering from cellulite will give you easily noticeable results in a short period of time.

However, if your skin is too oily, my recommendation would be to use a conservative amount of jasmine oil, as it is a true reservoir of moisture…

ROSE

Rose has been the secret to beauty throughout the history. Still holding the secret to beauty, this delicate plant has become an indispensable element in skincare owing to its arsenal of vitamins. Rose cream, rose water, and rose oil are commonly used in skin and hair care.

Our soils have a reserved spot for the rose, because our country is home to the highest-quality roses in the world. When it comes to the rose, let me especially mention the great benefits of rose water.

Did you know that pure and additive-free rose water will work wonders for your skin? Its antiseptic, antibacterial, and antioxidant features make it a ruthless fighter against acnes and spots, as well as a true cleanser for skin bothered with soiled and clogged pores.

If you have a matte skin and wish for a glow, rose water will be your irreplaceable confidant. In addition, you can reduce any dark circles around your eyes after a tiring day with a cotton pad dipped in rose water.

What is more, rose water is quite effective against aging. Renew your skin by using rose water as a tonic after cleansing your skin at the end of the day…If you would like to make your own rose water at home, it is pretty easy. Just add rose petals to 1 Liter of water and bring the mixture to boil. Cool it down and enjoy your homemade rose water!

LAVENDER

Imagine a breeze blowing and the abundant aroma of lavender reaching your nose in all its peace and quiet… Lavender has been a regular at the scene of cosmetics and personal care for centuries. Ornamenting perfumes with its pleasant aroma, it is also a solution partner for allergies and itches on your skin.

Lavender is almost a medicine for eczema and psoriasis! You can use lavender as an ally in your fight against acne by reason of its antiseptic features. On the other hand, as an antioxidant, it is quite effective in the treatment of infections, acting as a shield against microbes.

Furthermore, it has been a tool of choice in the treatment of wounds and burns since the old times. Lavender is there for you to use either to prevent wrinkles on your skin or to tone or cleanse your skin…

Today, lavender and lavender oil are easy to spot as ingredients in many cosmetic products today. Its richness in vitamins nurtures your scalp and hair, adding to them a healthy appearance and faster growth.

By the way, let me give you a very important footnote: “Excessive use of lavender leads to a serious condition that may be fatal.” Experts do not favour its excessive use due to the active substances in its content. I recommend you to consult with your physician before using lavender oil if you are prone to allergies.
