Where are CanPlast Pigment Pastes Used?
In almost every composite raw material that comes to mind, the pigment pastes produced by CanPlast are used. There are four different series of pigment pastes, these are namely;
• PU series – Used in all kinds of polyurethane (except foam block), elastomer, filter, polyurea, acrylic, epoxy, polyester, composite, gelcoat systems, as well as one-component solvent-based polyurethane coatings and solvent-based paint production. PU series – is the universal series.
• S series – Used in the production of mattresses, toys, kitchens, and general use sponges, that is, in all kinds of block sponge polyurethane.
• PVC series – Used in sectors such as PVC masterbatch and granule, PVC artificial leather production, PVC textile coating, wall and floor coverings, awnings, and label productions.
• WB series – Used in water-based polyurethane, water-based textile coatings, water-based paint, and other water-based products.

CanPlast Ltd. Şti. company was established in 1990 in Istanbul. It produces color pastes with its ever-increasing production capacity. Our pigment pastes, produced with ISO9001/2008 Quality Assurance Certificate, do not contain phthalates and heavy metals in accordance with European Union norms.

In our own and equipped laboratory, color studies are carried out in accordance with the demands of our customers and the suitability is checked for every raw material.
All the products we develop are first produced as sample products and pass-through various tests. Our new products, which have positive results in all tests, are then ready for production after being identified with code numbers.
With the raw materials and final products that are constantly developing in the world, the R&D center of our company works on new colors, new products, new raw materials and offers our customers the innovations that we constantly develop. CanPlast has started its sales to first Europe and then worldwide since 2019.
In line with the long-term cooperation strategy, it provides supplies and services directly to the factories and at the same time, moves forward with distributors based on countries. Its advertisements in international sectoral magazines, its participation in international and domestic fairs, and the sending of samples to the border help its rapid development in this way.
Its ever-increasing development has shown that the old capacities are not enough and that capacities need to be increased. At the end of 2020, CanPlast started production in its new, larger, and modern factory besides the old production units. Our R&D center, which will be established according to the latest technologies, is also included in the project of the new factory.
All of these are done for better and faster service to customers, the highest quality product, continuity in quality standards and the launch of new products.
