Machines for Paint Industries
High Speed Dissolvers
These type of dissolvers are either mounted or platform mounted after a certain capacity. They can be used with xed vessels or movable (mobile) vessels.
In addition to our standard models, they can be produced for your projects according to your desired capacity and engine power.
They have variable speed adjustirent with Frequency Inverter technology. They can move up and down over their bodies with an electro-hydraulic system, and they can make mixing at the desired height.
They have cooling engines adapted to the main electric motor, which allows long-term operation at low speeds. It has a timeadjusted mixing ability as a standard special cation.
There are some optional speci cations like vessel side and bottom scraper system, movable and automatic vacuum system, ex-proof design in ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards, Double type disc.
Temperature measurement system, automatic up and down of the dissolver according to the level of the product in the mixing vessel, load-cell weighing system, recipe controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control system.
Basket-Mill Machines
The milling basket with a superior wet milling feature used in the machine is designed to ensure a high milling ef ciency of the product. Thanks to its high-ef ciency product ow, the disc, which acts as a pump, which is located under the milling basket and contributes
to dispersion, has the ability to complete the operation effectively in a short time.
Both the milling basket and the jacket of the vessel provide effective temperature control. All surfaces in contact with product are made of stainless steel. The milling beads in the basket play a huge role in this machine. It has a variable-speed adjustment with the frequency inverter technology.
A side from the ability to move up and down over their body with the electro-hydraulic
system, they have the ability to mill at the desired height. There are cooling motors that are adapted to the main electric motor, allowing long-term operation at low speeds. Time-adjusted milling and temperature measuring system are standard.
Mobile and automatic vacuum system, ex-proof design in ATEX Zone 1 EEX DIIb T4 standards, load-cell weighing system, recipe controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control system are optional.
Horizontal Crushing Machine
There are two types of high-performance horizontal milling systems used in the machine. Effective performance can be achieved in both systems as a pin/peg or disc system, which can be selected according to the product to be milled.
Designed for nano-scale milling of powder raw materials in liquids with its fully enclosed, sealed design for fast and effective transition. The machine can be PLC or standard control system. The machines with the PLC system, the relevant operational data such as temperature, energy consumption, milling process control and recipe management can be done easily.
The machine provides an effective passage and discharge by creating a perfect centrifuge effect with its dynamic separator feature in the mechanical seal system for the milled
product.
All the parts which are used in the milling chamber such as pins/pegs or discs are easy to replace throughout the years when it is necessary for the maintenance purposes. Ex-proof design in ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIb T4 standards, recipe controlled semi-automatic or fully automatic PC/PLC control system are optional.
Filling and Weighing Machines
The machine is equipped with a pumping system as standard. The level detection system in its own lling vessel automatically activates and deactivates the pump until the product in the production vessel runs out and keeps the lling tank full.
Weighing and lling quantity inputs are made electronically with the help of the load cell and indicator system which is standard.
An intelligent indicator system makes automatic calibration for each lling and performs
very precise lling. All surfaces that come into contact with liquid such as machine vessel, lling nozzles, level measuring rod are manufactured from AISI 304-L quality stainless steel material.
The machine is supplied with two different lling nozzles for small and large llings.
The machine is manufactured on a wheeled chassis as standard. Therefore, it can be moved to the desired location. The height of the weighing scale in which the empty container is placed is designed to be adjustable. The machine needs 6 bars of compressed air to operate.
Paint Production Line
It is established for companies with a production capacity between 500 tons/year and 50.000 Tons/Year, depending on the needs. Specially handles according to paint category and production characteristics.
The whole system adopts advanced production technology with material feeding system,
reading system, disperser and grinding system, cleaning system, automatic control system, automatic filling system etc. with the evaluations of the individual machines or the evaluations of the automatic production line.
It can also be designed and produced as Ex-Proof according to all system requirements. In this type of systems, raw material feeding is carried out with automatic powder and liquid transport systems.
